CTC to take-home
In-Hand Salary & PF Calculator
Breaks your annual CTC down into EPF, EPS, and a gratuity provision to estimate your monthly take-home pay. All figures below are annual unless marked otherwise — the result shows the monthly in-hand figure.
Most private-sector CTC structures set Basic between 35% and 50% of CTC — check your offer letter or payslip.
Used only for the gratuity provision estimate below.
Shown separately — bonus is typically paid out on its own, not spread across monthly in-hand pay.

Employee PF is capped at the ₹15,000/month EPF wage ceiling. Gratuity is a standard-formula estimate (Basic × 15/26 × years of service), not a guaranteed payout.
Frequently asked questions
Why is my Employee PF capped even though my Basic salary is higher?
The statutory EPF wage ceiling is ₹15,000/month. Contributions are mandatorily calculated on whichever is lower — your actual Basic or ₹15,000 — though some employers voluntarily contribute on the full Basic instead. This calculator uses the statutory minimum.
What's the difference between EPF and EPS?
Both are funded by your employer's 12% contribution. 8.33% (up to the wage ceiling) goes to the EPS pension fund, and the remaining 3.67% goes to your EPF balance alongside your own 12% contribution.
Is the gratuity figure guaranteed?
No — under the Payment of Gratuity Act, it's only payable after 5 years of continuous service (with some exceptions), and the figure here is a standard-formula estimate based on your current Basic, not a guarantee of what you'll actually receive.
